Now a lot of people love their frittata’s,🥧 tarts, juices and cheesecakes🍰 – everyone has their go to. For me it is their Cinnamon Sugar Donuts!🍩
These are the 🥇BEST Cinnamon donuts🍩 I have EVER had.
You can get them individually from their cafe out the front for about $5 each or you can explore inside to find the pack of 4 for $6.99. So obviously I had to make the smarter business decision and get all 4. 🍩🍩🍩🍩
These donuts dont feel oily or heavy at all. The outside is lightly fried🧈 so they have a definite crust but are not crispy. Now the inside are fluffy and so so soft like a brioche bread🥖. These are amazing with a perfect 🍯cinnamon flavour that just gets better when you warm them slightly. Well worth the sugar 🍬covered fingers afterwards! I have not found anything yet in Perth that is comparable.
The Farmers Market sell a few varieties of these donuts; plain,🍓 jam or 🍋lemon curd but I personally believe that the plain are the 🏆best as the dough in the middle is so soft and when you have a filling in the middle you don’t get that same texture. ⭐️Other items that are really great here include the Cookies 🍪and 🥛Cream cheesecake, 🥖Turkish bread rolls and the🥩 lamb and 🌿rosemary meat pies🥧!
Overall I give the donuts a 6.4/10;
Atmosphere: 4 (only as how busy it is! so it is a bit hectic and you can’t really dine in), Taste: 8, Texture: 9, Appearance: 4, Smell: 7
This year the Farmers market is looking to expand by building a second store in Vasse! So all those who head to Busselton for the summer will have even more to look forward too.
