The Perfect place for 🎞️Pre-theatre feasts is Koba Subiaco; located on rokeby road near by the old regal 🎫theatre and serving up amazing, modern, Asian fusion🥢 dishes accompanied by great cocktails 🍹and sophisticated vibes.

The restaurant is gorgeous with a lovely cherry 🌸blossom theme! There are many seating options for everyone, with bar seating, high tables, booths and standard tables both inside and outside.

Vegan Japchae

Sweet potato glass noodles🍠,veg stir-fried🫑, soy sauce and sesame oil for $25. This was best when it first came out as I didn’t love the texture of the tofu and fried kale when they cooled off as they were quite oily. The veggies🥕 in this dish were really lovely🥦 and the noodles were saucy with🥜 nutty, sesame soy flavouring. The Noodles were really soft and chewy and slippery.

Fried Noodles

Fried Egg 🥚Noodles Beef🥩 for $22 tender, well-cooked beef 🐄paired with beautiful veg.

Overall the restaurant smelt really good smell with notes of garlic and soy. 🤵Service wise nothing was outstanding. The portions were generous and filling. I didn’t love the micro herbs on top of the dishes, it just felt unnecessary and just grassy without adding anything appearance-wise.

Overall @koba.bko gets 7.4/10
